Privacy Policy
Effective 30 January 2026
Navasis delivers the Eaglite fleet-intelligence platform through Civil & Mining Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 91 690 569 816). We manage personal and operational information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By using Eaglite or this website, you consent to the handling of information described below.
1. Information we collect
Contact and account details (names, business, email, phone); operator names and shift information; GPS coordinates from cab tablets; vehicle and asset data such as asset IDs and service readings; load and dump records including materials, tonnages and timestamps; device identifiers, IP addresses and web logs; site-plan files you upload; and any information you give us about third parties.
2. How we collect it
We collect information when you contact us, create an account, use the Eaglite tablet app, set up a project, upload site plans (DXF), use the web dashboard, or request support. GPS location is captured automatically while operators use the tablet app, for load-zone detection. Our website uses cookies and analytics tools; you can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.
3. How we use your information
To deliver and administer the service and your account; process GPS data for zone detection; manage subscriptions and licensing; store and present shift data; send account notifications; keep records and improve the product; provide customer support; meet our legal obligations; and, where you have consented, send you relevant updates in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can opt out of marketing at any time.
4. When we disclose it
We may share information with service providers who help us run Eaglite (such as cloud hosting, IT and support tools), our staff and contractors, professional advisers, and government or regulatory bodies where the law requires. Some providers may operate overseas; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely.
5. Storage, security and retention
We protect information with secure passwords, encryption and appropriate technical safeguards. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, and you share information with us at your own risk. Operational data (GPS, load/dump and shift records) is held on tablets and synchronised servers for the life of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards, for backup, legal and compliance purposes.
6. Your data and your rights
The operational data Eaglite captures on your sites, and the site plans you upload, remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, and you can export them. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us; we may need to verify your identity, and will respond within a reasonable time. If we can't provide access, we'll explain why.
7. Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can escalate the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to other sites. We're not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.
9. Changes and how to contact us
We may update this policy from time to time and will publish any changes on this page. For any privacy question or request, please use the contact form on our Contact page.
Terms & Conditions
Effective 30 January 2026
These terms govern your use of the Eaglite platform, tablet application, hardware and website, provided by Civil & Mining Automations Pty Ltd (ABN 91 690 569 816), trading as Navasis. By accessing the website or using Eaglite, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Eaglite is a GPS-based load and cycle tracking system for haul fleets in civil earthworks and contract mining. It includes project setup from site plans (DXF), GPS zone detection through the cab tablet app, offline-first operation with automatic sync, web-dashboard access for viewing and export, and ongoing support and updates.
2. Subscriptions and licensing
Eaglite is licensed on a subscription basis, and each active vehicle or tablet requires one licence. Pricing is tailored to your fleet size and project needs. Licences are managed by your authorised administrators through the web dashboard, and may be cancelled in accordance with your licensing agreement.
3. Your data
Eaglite captures GPS coordinates, operator names, shift data, vehicle identifiers, load records, material types, tonnages and event timestamps. You own this data; we handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you can export it at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not reverse-engineer, copy or modify the software; use it outside haul-fleet operations; use it for any illegal or fraudulent purpose; share login credentials or allow unauthorised access; interfere with security or access other users' data; or tamper with assigned tablet devices.
5. Intellectual property
All software, documentation, designs and system components remain the property of Navasis or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use Eaglite for its intended purpose during your subscription. Your site plans and operational data remain yours; you grant us permission to process them in order to deliver the service.
6. Offline operation and sync
The tablet app operates offline for up to 30 days and syncs automatically when it reconnects. We are not responsible for data lost through device damage that occurs before a sync has completed.
7. Availability and updates
We can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and maintenance may occasionally affect availability. We update the software from time to time and will communicate major functional changes in advance where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, business interruption, operational delays, operator data-entry errors, or GPS inaccuracies caused by environmental factors. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Consumer guarantees
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the service is not provided with due care, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. Refund terms are set out in your licensing agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate in accordance with the agreement. On termination we disable access, allow you to export your operational data within a reasonable period, and arrange the return of any provider-owned tablet hardware. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach or misuse of the system.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes in advance where possible.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
13. Contact
